IO Star is an iodine based no-rinse sanitizer. Use cold or luke-warm water for dilution.  Do not use hot water.

Quick acting Five Star Defoamer 105 is a 10% silicone food-grade emulsion designed to control foam in most aqueous systems, including kettles and fermenters. Add as needed, not to exceed 200 ppm/batch.  Typical starting point is 1 drop in a 5 gal. batch.
