Bavarian Wheat DME 1 lb (Briess)

A specialty yeast selected for wheat beer fermentation. The yeast produces subtle ester and phenol flavor notes typical of wheat beers.

Liquid malt extract made from 65% Wheat Malt and 35% Base Malt.  3 Lovibond.  Used for all styles of wheat based beers.

Swaen Chocolate Wheat, roasted wheat malt is for top fermented beers, used in amounts of 1% for Altbier or dark wheat beers. To enhance color and mild toast hints, meanwhile gives better head retention and body.

Weyermann® Dark Wheat is a gently kilned malt made from high-quality German wheat. It contributes a mild golden color to wort and a robust malty-sweet flavor with notes of bread, biscuit, toffee, and caramel.

Used in the production of Weizenbier and Weiss Bier. Typical Color L: 2.3 Flavor contributions: creamy, sweet, malty, wheat, floury
