Bavarian Wheat LME 3.3 lb (Briess)

Add to a five gallon batch at bottling time to properly carbonate beer.

Smaller version of standard muslin bag.  Primarliy used to for hops in the boil or dry hopping.

Muslin bag used for steeping grains.  Perfect for 3 to 5 lbs. of grain. 

Used to promote proper mash consistency in beers with a higher percentage of wheat/rye and or adjuncts.  Keeps you from getting a stuck sparge.  Use .5-1lb per 5 gallon batch.

Used in the production of Weizenbier and Weiss Bier. Typical Color L: 2.3 Flavor contributions: creamy, sweet, malty, wheat, floury
