Briess Bonlander Munich

Liquid malt extract (LME) made from 50% Base Malt and 50% Munich Malt.  8 Lovibond.  Produces rich, malty, and biscuity wort and can be used for all styles of beer.

Lager strain hailing from Munich’s oldest brewery. It produces low sulfur and low diacetyl and works in a wide temperature range, resulting in a clean, crisp lager.
