This is one of Ben O’Connor’s personal recipes. The Belgian Dubbel is a deep reddish, moderately strong, malty, complex Belgian ale. The addition of the dark candi sugar adds a layer of rum and dark, dried fruit flavors and aroma. This is a “medium” rated kit due to the alcohol content.
