This kit is a clone of a commercial beer. The Moo Stout is a Milk Stout that has very dark, sweet, full-bodied, slightly roasty flavors. The addition of lactose milk sugar gives this brew a silky mouthfeel and adds residual sweetness. This kit is rated “easy” and is definitely an O’Connor’s favoites.
