Our Winter IPA kit is a Black IPA as dark as a winter night, but blossoming forth with delicious, aromatic American hops. Briess Blackprinz malt turns this beer dark and adds a rich chocolatey undertone, but does not come across as over-roasty, letting the floral, citrusy hops occupy the center of attention. Embodying the winter and simultaneously resisting it, our Winter IPA is rated “easy.”
