Returns & Replacements
We want you to be 110% satisfied with your order.. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused, unopened items for an exchange or refund for purchase price (not including shipping) within 30 days of the purchase date, with original receipt. Exceptions include all food/ingestible items. These food/ingestible items may NOT be returned and include all ingredient items such as: hops, barley, wheat, rye, flaked adjuncts, malt extract, sugar, honey, yeast, spices/flavorings, any other item that can be ingested by a human being. Packages must have a Return authorization number (please call or email the shop for that number) or they will be returned to sender. If you receive a damaged item in your original shipment, please notify us immediately upon opening your package before taking any action, including discarding packaging materials.
