Australian Cabernet Sauvignon (Reserve)

Dry form of premium Slovakian wine tannin from the heart of the European/Spanish Chestnut tree.

Light toast. White wines use 1 to 1 1/2 cups, red wines use 2 to 3 cups.  Use 1-2 oz. for bourbon barrel beers.

Guarantees a quick start of the fermentation. Good alcohol resistance (till 15% vol.), large temperature range (59°F to 95°F). Ideal strain for big volumes of wine when looking for a secure fermentation.

Loaded with ripe red cherry, blackberry, & juicy plum, complemented with vanilla & spice notes. Rich & smooth with velvety tannins.
